Character Of The Week

Dimitri Belikov

Dimitri is a dhampir (half vampire half human) from Vampire Academy! He is one of my favourite characters ever.
He's lean, he's mean, he's a sex machine.
Ok, so maybe he ain't a sex machine but he is indeed VERY VERY HOT!!
I hate to disillusion myself with fictional character fantasies but with this guy i just can help it.

I think Ben Barnes would play a good Dimitri

    Not having read The Vampire Academy I must say that your casting of Dimitri certainly got my attention. Think I might just need to check this series out.

    I totally agree with you! i mean im only 11...but yeah Dimitri is like totally hot! anyway yeah. he is like the ideal boyfriend. i totally wish i was Rose...*sigh*

    I adore dimitri, im not into reading too much but fell in love with the series and him, wish i had myself someone like him
    ben barnes would be perfect to play him in the movie, he was stunning in dorian gray and hot in caspian

    I agree with your choice for Dimitri. I have been pondering over this. I hope, without sounding negative, that this series turns into a series rather than a movie so that we can have the suspensful affect the books portray upon us. A movie may lose that and get dropped... we will see. Looking forward to the final book on Dec. 7th.

    I love this series so much its insane! haha
    um yeah i like ben barnes as dimitri, but ive never actually watched any movies with him in it, so i dont know how good of an actor he is.
    for rose i would have either lucy hale or sophia bush, but sophia bush may be just a tad old to play a 17 year old, unfortunately because she would be like the perfect cast for her... in my opinion.
    and for lissa i would have dakota fanning all the way... she just seems perfect for the role and like the right age too. shes a pree good actress!
    cant wait for the final book, december 7th..:)

    ben's not just a pretty face. he has ample acting experience. see him in Dorian Gray and Locked In. He's originally a theater actor. He can speak russian. Watch his movie when he played a russian scum in Bigga than Ben.He's basically perfect for the role.
